Are we witnessing the slow rise of fascism?

2016 was a crazy year. But we say that every time. Between #BlackLivesMatter, border protection and fishing the high seas, are we making our way to a fairer world?

FODI16 packed a dangerous punch. Headlining with the opening address was #BlackLivesMatter founder Alicia Garcia alongside Australian journalist Stan Grant. They were followed by a host of prodigious thinkers unafraid to question the status-quo. FODI’s meticulously crafted program invited speakers to probe the key themes of ‘Disappearing Countries’, ‘Dealing in Death’, ‘Disruptive Behaviour’ and ‘Dirty Politics’.
