Gathering
13 FEBRUARY 2018
THE ETHICS CENTRE
161 Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW 2000
Mindful CEO'S, global incentives, moral injury and speaking out
A Sydney gathering of leaders from the Alliance, to discuss, share and create new ideas to shape the business landscape.
Gatherings are a critical indicator of the contemporary pulse of business. These invitation only forums are a space for Alliance leaders to share and seek support from fellow members across ethical issues in real time. Through collective discussion and shared experiences members can identify solutions not only in their own organisation but also the broader community.
The themes that arise within this confidential space are fed into the topics we then dive into within broader alliance member events, creating a ripple effect of shared knowledge around the issues and challenges you are facing right now.
Threads that emerged from this gathering:
- Decisions by numbers
- Moral injury
- Speaking out, whistleblowing and the middle ground
- Sensitivity to supply chain
- Selective conscientious objection
- Mindful leadership
- Lack of empathy for the small players
and more…
Each gathering we capture the key themes that arise in discussion, through the work of a visual scribe. Check out this event's themes below:
