Ready to make ethics matter in your community?

We’re seeking thoughtful, curious young professionals early in their careers who want to spark meaningful conversations about the issues that matter most. As a Young Ambassador with The Ethics Centre, you’ll grow your capacity for ethical decision making, build your leadership skills, and influence how your peers think about ethics in their professional lives.

About the program

Young Ambassadors are emerging leaders who work with us to develop insight into themselves, learn frameworks to address ethical dilemmas within their own lives, and champion ethics amongst their peers.

As a participant, you will experience:

  • Live quarterly workshops at The Ethics Centre in Sydney with leaders across Australia to deepen your ethical leadership skills
  • Monthly virtual meetings to support you in translating ethical insight into tangible change
  • Mentorship from leaders dedicated to leading and working ethically
  • A community of your peers to keep you accountable to your values and grow your professional network

Who should apply?

We’re looking for young professionals who are:

  • In their first 5 years of post-grad work experience
  • Employed in a banking or financial services institution
  • Interested in developing their ethical leadership capability
  • Able to dedicate the time necessary to successfully complete the program

You don’t need formal experience in ethics—just a genuine commitment to growing your skills and having a positive impact on your community.
