Narang Bir-rong, meaning ‘little stars’, is an Aboriginal-led organisation with a reputation for service delivery in Out of Home Care and Family Preservation Services. Through their Family Preservation, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Foster Care and Foster Care Programs, their mission is to nurture the cultural identity and connection of children, young people and families. NBAC has been operating in the Western Sydney/ Nepean Blue Mountains community since 2008 and more recently has also expanded their service into Sydney City, Redfern, Waterloo, North Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
